The proposed project is conversion of an existing mixed-use building (apartments over retail/restaurant) to a hotel.  We understand that the current proposal is to retain the existing commercial use at the first floor.  The developer proposes 30 guestrooms – a mix of king, queen and double accommodations.  Ten of the guestrooms will have a balcony.  The existing 48 subterranean and first floor parking spaces will remain.
